SHIPPING POLICY

1. Overview
This Shipping Policy describes how orders placed on Cheatr Games are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below and acknowledge that this policy operates in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Refund & Replacement Policy.
2. Shipping Coverage
We ship orders within India and to the United States (USA). Enter your complete delivery address at checkout to confirm serviceability and available shipping options.
3. Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders ship from Pune. We normally dispatch within one working day, depending on the order time shown by the product-page dispatch message. Orders placed before 1 pm IST Monday–Saturday normally ship the same day; orders after the cutoff ship on the next pickup day. There are no Sunday pickups, so orders placed after Saturday’s cutoff or on Sunday are dispatched on Monday. Timelines may vary during peak periods, festive seasons, or new product launches. Dispatch delays, if any, will be communicated to you through the contact details provided at checkout.
4. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped from Pune via trusted logistics partners.
India: Standard shipping normally takes 5–7 days after dispatch. Express shipping normally takes 1–3 days in most tier 1 and tier 2 cities, and 3–4 days in other cities.
USA: International shipping includes tracking and has an estimated delivery time of 1–2 weeks.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, courier serviceability, public holidays, and exceptional delays. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout.
5. Shipping Charges
India: Eligible online-store orders with a minimum purchase of ₹600 receive free standard shipping automatically. The offer excludes shipping rates over ₹110, so express shipping remains paid. The current standard shipping charge is ₹100 when the order does not qualify for free shipping, and express shipping is ₹180.
USA: International shipping is currently ₹1,500 (INR). Free shipping is not available for USA orders, including Launch Bundle orders.
The final shipping charge and any applicable currency conversion are displayed at checkout before payment.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking number and courier details. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.
7. Delays and Exceptional Circumstances
While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, strikes, regional restrictions, or public holidays may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue wherever possible.
8. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or courier issues, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping or an alternative resolution. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we aim to handle such situations fairly, particularly when the issue arises for reasons beyond your control.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for detailed steps on reporting and replacement eligibility. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
10. Address Changes
Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. In exceptional cases, such as urgent corrections reported immediately after ordering, you may contact our team at support@cheatr.games. We will attempt to accommodate the request if the order has not yet been dispatched.
11. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner, delivery and tracking are managed by the courier. If your shipment is delayed or lost beyond a reasonable period, please contact us at support@cheatr.games. We will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and assist in reaching a satisfactory resolution.
12. Pre-Orders and Special Periods
During pre-orders, festive seasons, or new product launches, processing and delivery times may extend beyond regular timelines.
