We currently ship orders within India and may expand to international destinations in the future. Any updates to our serviceable regions will be reflected on this page.
3. Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Timelines may vary during peak periods, festive seasons, or new product launches. Dispatch delays, if any, will be communicated to you through the contact details provided at checkout.
4. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Delivery timelines depend on your location, courier network, and other logistical factors. Estimated delivery dates, where available, will be provided at checkout or in your dispatch confirmation email.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free for orders above ₹800. For orders below this threshold, a standard shipping fee will apply and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking number and courier details. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.
7. Delays and Exceptional Circumstances
While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, strikes, regional restrictions, or public holidays may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue wherever possible.
8. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

11. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner, delivery and tracking are managed by the courier. We will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and assist in reaching a satisfactory resolution.
